Please double-check your order, including sizing and shipping information, before completing your purchase.

We accept exchanges for unworn and undamaged items, only after the exchange claim has been submitted and approved and stock is available. Customers must file an exchange claim within 7 days of the delivery date.

To begin this process, please email Info@SiBilanceclothing.com with your full name, order number, and a brief description of the item you'd like to exchange.

If your exchange claim is approved, shipping instructions will be provided.

Please note: We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item you received was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.

Defective or Wrong Items:

If you received a defective item or the wrong product, please contact our support team at Info@SiBilanceclothing.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We'll review your request and work to resolve the issue.
